From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.
Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.
How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

More parts to break in the dual motor version, tying the two wheels into one gearbox?
I also notice the LFP battery versions have an even lower warranty. I thought the motors were the same, so they must be less confident in the battery or BMS.
Looks like typical spacing between second row captains chairs. Question is do they offer modular console to mounter between them?
With a kid, I'm a huge fan of captain seats, hoping this is something SM considers for the traveler. Also, I really like those rubber floor mats with a subtle Rivian logo.

The rubber floor mats a lot. We need something like that for the Scout. If I have to have carpet floor I need rubber floor mats.

Oh, you mean the logo? Sorry! I like it for character of a Jeep, but not so sure about a Scout version. I do like Easter eggs like that though, so I'll trust the Scout design team to have some fun.
I'd like some of these on my Scout please, in a matching copper/Tahitian color, though I'd accept bronze or blue. Matching 4-piston Brembos on the rear, while I'm begging...

I know I keep thinking a colored brake caliper too. Could be fun.
As much as I love the Easter eggs on wranglers I worry Scout doing it just feels copy cat. I struggle with this whole concept
I prefer the more subtle "if you know, you know" Easter eggs, not the kind that smack you in the face.
I want 18" wheels, but I'll go to 20" if it means getting some heavy-duty braking hardware. A fast vehicle without brakes to back up that speed is just irresponsible to me.
