BeerParty goes to Boston 2026-10-16

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

New thread to drop in some of the pictures I took in the Boston event on October 16, 2026.

Since this was the Head Of the Charles Regatta in Boston, I will start with a picture of the event itself.

I am not a photographer, so you'll see much better pictures from the other folks here with better equipment and weather conditions. Instead of glamor shots, I tried to get some shots of the concepts that I have not seen posted before. Specifically, pictures of the cabana top and glass roof from above. Both concepts had the Scout roof racks, so you are getting both.

I’m curious what did you think? What you thought? What was different than you expected?

I am glad I got to see them in person, they really do look better when you are there. Definitely worth the trip. But honestly, I have seen so many pictures here I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. Everyone has done such an excellent job of taking and posting images. I feel like I had already seen them.

And @cyure , I stole your picture labeling hack. It seems like a smart thing to do. That old saying about "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" applies, consider it a technique I stole from the master. :D

I am so glad everyone is posting so many pictures! Each person has their own “eye” when it comes to taking pictures and you got shots that we just didn’t. I love it.

And yes, it took me a few times to perfect our watermark but I like what we have settled on. If our pictures end up somewhere else people will be able to find the source.

P.S. that Instagram account that posted my PBY pictures is gone! Yay!! Hopefully they stay gone.

Traveler from the front as high as I could get using my stick and standing on the ground.

I love this picture. Love the rain on the Traveler but also I didn't realize the front bumper stuck out so far you could step on it. Perhaps, to access the hood tie downs (I mean trail guides lol) locations?

Oh wow, I reeeeeally like the color of the Terra. I didn’t get to see it during last night’s reconnaissance mission. That’s still silo green, yes? No? Whatever it is, it’s a nice color in cloudy daylight. Hoping to get a peek tomorrow if it’s not total effing mayhem, but I am fixed on going over the Scout Mountainside HQ for a free thing. Thanks for sharing your pictures!
