I have thought about this for some time now after dealing with my F150 and all the issues it continues to have. I swear it is one thing after another. But I raise the Warranty question forth to the table. I really want Scout to succeed but I also want them to continue to break the auto industry. Continue to be different and bold. That said I would love to see 10 year warranties across the board. 10 year limited bumper to bumper. 10 year powertrain. 10 year or lifetime on the battery pack. Just go ahead and break the industry some more. I guess I am saying this because the current market is built to replace cars every few years anyways. Why not go ahead and give people and incentive to keep their Scout even more. I could see myself keeping both Scout vehicles for years to come. I just don't want them to skimp out on protecting the vehicles. I am sure they are already having a hard enough time trying to figure out where service centers will be but give us some really really good protections in the meantime. Anyways, thank you for listening to my rant! Moral of the story don't by a Ford F150 Hybrid without multiple extended warranties on it!! Anybody know someone that ones a (very nice) but used Ford?!?!
