It’s pretty. It kinda looks like a Range Rover. Not for me. No tire carrier.
I dont think Land Cruisers in the US have had a tire carrier since 1983 with the 40 Series.
Honestly not surprising at all.
That’s why it’s been so hard for me to find something I like. I want my tire carrier. I was so happy when I saw the Scout had one.
The aftermarket has hundreds of different types of tire carriers.
I added one to our last Lexus GX460.
There are definitely options if a manufacturer doesnt offer one.
You can also get stuck with certain wheel offsets and tire sizes with factory carriers, and many aftermarket ones support a wider range of wheels and tires.
The final report will be very interesting.
