2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum. Love the Tundra but it can't hold a candle to what Scout is coming out with. I had looked at the Rivian R1T but then found the Scout and immediately placed my reservation.

Good for you and your wifeI just couldn't hold out with the 25 year old cars and had to get something to hold us. I decided to dip into a VW AG product and got the wife our first new car ever (we're in our 50s), a 2025 Macan S. I then learned that having a newer car is amazing, so I bought a 2014 Cayenne Diesel to hold me until the Scout. I have to say, it KFA and I'm going to enjoy driving it the next few years, gettiView attachment 5983View attachment 5984ng 33 MPG

While I have some nice garage princess cars.I have a 2010 Ford Flex with almost 280k miles on it. My plan for the next few years is to cross my fingers hard.
Looks like your first post'2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Rated Overland
I had a 2012 Touareg diesel, same chassis and engine. What a fantastic highway warrior, I got 700 miles on a tank going coast to coast (and 550 miles on a tank cruising at 95-105 during the early days of Covid through Wyoming and Utah, when nobody was on the roads).I just couldn't hold out with the 25 year old cars and had to get something to hold us. Yes I may need to re-commission my 25 yo F150 as a daily driver since my I-Pace is in a recall to be repurchased.I just couldn't hold out with the 25 year old cars and had to get something to hold us.
That thing sounds like a beast. They definitely don’t make them like that anymore.I'm cruising a 2001 GMC Yukon XL SLT 2500. It has the 8.1 with 4:10 gears. Its the only vehicle I have come across that will tow my 10k RV with a 3rd row for the kids and dog. It's in excellent shape, even with 200k miles. I plan to use it for 3 more years till my oldest graduates.
Agreed 100%That thing sounds like a beast. They definitely don’t make them like that anymore.
If Ford ever brought back a Powerstroke Excursion….
