Scout Gift "Unboxed"

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

So we can avoid spoilers in the other thread, and if Scout were ever to send anything else, we can keep the visuals here for those who want to share!😁

I got mine today and already had to run to the store, so I picked up a frame. I wasn't aware they came with door hangers now, so I guess for now it will live on the back of my office door.

Damn. That’s way bigger than I guessed. Say is some effort and tell us what si3 the print is and what size frame you bought. Debating if I’ll matte mine too so it is bigger

I bought a 24x36 inch frame.

After the pictures I had seen, I thought it was going to be a 11x14 or something similar?
So when I unfolded it, I was kind of surprised, I'll buy how large it is.

Thanks for sharing the frame size! Glad to have also received the poster, would have been nice if it was not folded multiple but understand shipping would have been tough otherwise

Wow, yeah-I would have guessed 11x17 as well. Thanks for the tip and guess I’ll figure out how to flatten as well

So weights, heat and steam seem to be the 3 ways I am finding.

Let me know what you all try and what works.

I haven’t even gotten mine yet.

Go to a frame shop and have them dry mount it for you on poster board or foam core. That will pretty much do it.
That’s basically what I’ll do at home. I’ve framed a lot of stuff over the years. I have a black and white blueprint (white lines on black) that is wrinkled as hell so gonna test that one first. For that one I’ll likely modge podge it to a foam core board since there are a couple of tears as well
