For bench seat models, placing our phones to the side rather than in between legs in the center would be better.

We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. @cyure posted a picture of her phone in one of the wireless chargers in the non-bench seat version and those things look massive. Like way bigger than a phone. Hopefully they charge fast too. At least 15-20W Qi2. With the bench seat, maybe they won't put wireless chargers in? Maybe to harken back to the old days? But if they do, I agree that they have to find a convenient spot for them!
FYI that tray is just a tray. I also thought that’s where I was to charge my phone but I was incorrect. This is where they will charge.

Maybe for better heat dissipation? For the bench seat, I wouldn't be opposed to a little pop out tray from within the seat cushion, kinda like the cupholders in the picture below. Use the ventilated seat airflow to keep the phone(s) cool. Gotta get creative if you want the bench and the tech.
