From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.
Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

If those are big scroll wheels next to each main HVAC function, it's an incredible user interface that should be easy to operate with or without winter gloves without looking at the controls. I saw a WSJ article with Paywall that indicated Rivian got a win today in Washington (state I presume) for direct sales. If anyone has subscription and can share, would love to see what the article discusses
I know this has already been discussed, but I love that Kia keeps thinking outside the box with these concepts.

Proud to say I have a friend who worked on the project. Got a very cool video from him a bit ago showing launch. So much cooler when you know someone who helped make it happen

NASA hasn’t blown up a rocket on launch in 40 years. That happens every other launch attempt with the showman’s rockets.

I saw that someplace else and I'll see if I can find it. Basically, they're allowing Rivian and Lucid to sell direct there, but only those two (Tesla already had permission). . Scout would have to get its own exception, which I imagine would be more difficult because of its funding by Volkswagen.

I ain’t ashamed to admit I love hanging out with friends shooting the shit, having a good time.
I have a lot of acquaintances that play. I just never figured out how to enjoy it. Had a boss for a period that would pay me to build “sets” for whatever role play type game he played. It wasn’t D&D but one of those types. We all have our things-no shade
