Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. Do they have a specifications board for the new Jeep? I doubt it can compete with the Scout Traveler, but it would be interesting to compare/contrast.
Whats wrong with the Wagoneer software?
We rented one for a week recently but didnt notice any serious bugs.
Is it sad that I look at that Jeep and immediately picture it being parked in the Emerald Aisle at National rent a car? It's sad how Jeep has gone from something to desire to #2 most popular rental car brand behind Nissan.

As a huge fan of the XJ, I say "meh". Swing and a miss in my humble opinion.
They have been having issues with model getting constantly bricked. One of the major publications called Mopar Insiders has a Charger EV and recently had his car get Bricked due to the software.

Totally get that. It’s nice that they did go back to the XJ for influence of the model.
It definitely won’t compare to a Traveler. Traveler fights the Wrangler. This is more in the Compact size. I still love the Traveler a lot
