CYURE GOES TO NC!! 9/26/26

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

    Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

    How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

    Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

The event just hit Instagram so if anyone is thinking of going I wouldn’t wait too long to RSVP. The confirmation email they send states you need to show that email to gain entrance to the event so it sounds like there’s a limit as to how many people can attend and they aren’t just letting in anyone who shows up.

Yeah no. I have to pick outfits. Makeup bags. Make sure I have all my jewelry set out the night before and into the travel jewelry box. Lotions and potions. It’s a process!

Hey @cyure, @J Alynn, and @jdm111er.28078! I understand you'll all be at the NC event. Can one of you do me a huge solid if possible at all? Can on one of you get the actual step-in height for the trail-ready traveler? From the ground to the top of the floorboards/carpet. I know cyrue got an estimate from her phone, but I want the actual measurement so I can compare it to my '23 Silverado ZR2 that I had previously. That thing was a beast to get in and out of and I know the step in height on that. Generally curious about how they compare. I bet they are close. The Travelers with 35's look huge. It's not vital if it's not possible.

I will see what I can do, but i will say having sat in it I didn’t feel like it was difficult to get into. There’s not a grab handle on the driver’s side yet, there will be, and I was making a conscious effort not to hurt the Traveler, but I didn’t have any trouble getting in. I also just asked the hubs and he didn’t recall having any difficulty. He said it felt about like getting into my Wrangler and she’s on 33s.

Will see what I can do. Happy to try and help out. Obviously final height may vary but if I can get up close and personal enough I will try
