From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.
Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.
How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.
Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

Since you're at all of the events anyway, you really should just work for Scout on the side and make some money. At the very least, these trips would be tax-deductible... I don't think you even need training on the vehicles!
We expect a trip report and lots of pictures. The day-by-day countdown to the event is optional. 
Ha! It seems like it but there’s so many we haven’t gone to. We have learned from our experience. I’m going to pack even lighter and I don’t need quite as many car snacks.
I totally would if SM had a WFH ambassador position or something. I’m there!

Depending on what time our Soccer game is that day will depend on what time and how long I will be there

Not really. Every so often he gets the newest version of the brands he likes. We have had lots of brands but his favorites are Sony and Fuji.
We have a few really old box cameras and an old 8 mm film camera, but those are just for display.
Now that I have had time to sit down I had time to do a little bit more research about where we are going on the 26th. I’m so excited!
Still have to book the hotel, but the plan is to drive in Friday. It’s 750 miles this time, so about 40 miles less than our SC trip each way.
I just looked up Camp North End. Looks like a great location.

So Camp North End started as a Ford plant in the 1920s, then military facility making missiles in the 1950s, Rite Aid in the 1970s, then in 2017 the city took over.
We are going on another adventure!

Multi-use space. Houses dining, entertainment and businesses within the campus.

Looks great and very flexible for large gatherings
Hotel reservation made. Before I reserve a room in a new place I always call the front desk. Make sure the hotel or parking isn’t under construction. Verify it’s near where I need to be and what restaurants are in the are etc. I asked about Camp North End. Glowing review from the front desk staff at the hotel. So excited!
