From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.
Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.
How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.
Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. We are not 100% sure. Someone on the forum speculated number of locations maybe? But that’s just a guess.
The number of people they can confirm that they’ve disappointed in that state?
(I like to aim low and be pleasantly surprised, I don’t come from a privileged upbringing.)
I am taking off on Friday so I can see the prototypes without fighting the weekend crowd.

I have already made my RSVP! No email yet, I guess the reservation confirmation will come later?
Maybe it’s a different kind of event. The baseball game I don’t think we got an email, just did the RSVP. The NC event is a Scout only event so I would imagine they have a limit as to how many people they can accommodate? The Boston event seems like the ballgame. People are there for another reasons potentially and here are the Scouts as well.
Will try to hunt you down. Guess we’ll need to start a new thread in a week or so and see who all is coming to Boston and see what odds are we all connect while thereI am taking off on Friday so I can see the prototypes without fighting the weekend crowd.

I am heading in Friday as well, have a bunch of hockey games for the rest of the weekend. Hopefully we can all say hi in person and get the New England Scout group going!!
As a PA resident I won’t be able to join your club but I will be up Thursday night so I’m hoping to get over first thing Friday morning but depending on others timing I’m flexible. Wife will give me about 2 hours max in one dose then it’s back to anniversary visit

Assuming from your user name you have some firefighter blood in you. If you are a FAE certified chauffeur and we are at an event together, we *might* let you sit in it.

Should be an incredible few days - usually it's a banger with fall colors and crisp cool air with a northerly breeze and blue skies. Good thing it isn't this week, that is all I will say. My local harbor master just dropped this:

Mariners are advised of the following:
I will hopefully be able to get a sneak preview or see some of you after work Thursday. Prior commitments take us to a college sports thing for one of my kids and parent's weekend that weekend.

To All Mariners and Waterway Users:
The National Weather Service is forecasting the potential for gale-force wind gusts and hazardous seas across the southern coastal waters beginning Tuesday and continuing through the upcoming weekend.
Mariners are advised of the following:
- Gale-force wind gusts exceeding 40 mph are possible, with higher probabilities over the outer southern coastal waters.
- Marginal gale-force winds may begin Tuesday afternoon, with the primary period of concern expected to begin early Thursday morning and continue through the weekend.
- A Gale Watch for the southern coastal waters is expected to begin Tuesday afternoon, with the potential for the watch to be extended to additional areas.
- Offshore seas of 10 to 15 feet are expected by midweek, with seas potentially increasing to 15 to 20 feet by Friday.
- Conditions may deteriorate rapidly, particularly in exposed waters and areas outside the protection of the harbor.

So… what you’re saying is that there’s a potential for wind-driven lobsters or A BABY WHEEL to wind up in front of my former roommate’s home in Winthrop and I should see what he’s up to this weekend and go over there with a cooler (good meat on that baby wheel) because I am a really good friend?
