From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. OMG - I had read this post first before I started at the beginning to read the entire thread. I SWORE you were talking about PHONE charging ports and it didn't make any sense. ROFL.

That’s odd because they don’t touch those in our yard. Primarily the tree of heaven and maple trees and fruit trees
I live in Annapolis. I have so many sail bags. Had a friend who was a sail maker. You knew what Christmas gifts were going to be. Mutual friend had a sailcloth shower liner and his wife had a sailcloth mini-skirt.... Of course, these were all mylar(ish) synthetic-based, not canvas.

Mostly the nymph stage are all over my hydrangias. We've tried everything environmentally friendly. Dove and water seem to work, but that's not preventative, you have to spray the actual fly.
You had beautiful weather for it though! We're a few miles outside of downtown on the north side. We don't go down into Annapolis if we can help it during games or other special events. Seriously? I go to TN, Scout goes go SC. I go to SC, Scout goes to TN. Now one week after I drive back home via Charlotte, Scout goes there. SMH
Isn’t that what always happens. You may just have to make a special trip and go back to Charlotte.

Yup. I love OPBs. (other people's boats). I used to crew on sailboats doing the weekly races. Way too much upkeep and money.
It was for sure the perfect day to be on the bay. As a kid I spent a lot of weekends on the bay, my dad had a small bay liner when we were very young g kids but I have those memory glimpses here and there. Then spent teenage years on the Susquehanna River so water in the blood (open water, not that essential to life kind of water). Enjoyed Annapolis. Maybe when a bunch of us in PA/MD have our scouts we should plan a water side meet up
Gotta say, my dad’s last boat was a whaler he sold about 7 years ago in Myrtle beach area. I did pause and stare at the whalers in the storefront downtown while visiting. And my wife loved their newer Seafoam green hull color. Should have asked for one while she was weak

I really like the “Mountainside” a lot - a personal favorite (hope it will be a selection?). Wondering if it helps solve the “too-wide-for-me” setup that may appear on other Traveler models - I live near a long narrow road with delivery vehicles and trucks that will cream extended side mirrors. So, does the Mountainside allow a bit narrower extended full width? (Or digital interior-placed side mirrors available as an option down the road to narrow down the total width just a bit?)
