Modesto Scouts | Colton’s Scout Collection & Updates

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.
This is my friends van he is bringing to graffiti. It’s a 49 Ford F3 Parcel. It’s super sick!

This is my other friends 64 C10. Me and my other friends are trying to convince him to bring it to Grafiti! We will see if he does. Fingers crossed! 🤞🏻

Okay so I’m at a work conference in San Diego. I’m staying on Harbor Island right by the water. Look at what I saw in the parking lot. Alaskan plate and with the shades in the windows I think I found van life people! I love this thing. If I win the lottery one of these would be in my car collection.

I’m the type of person who loves preserving a vehicle’s story and heritage. When I got Goldie, I was told about her life as a deer hunting rig in Montana and how she spent decades with the same family after they bought her new in 1972. Since bringing her home and cleaning her up, that story has stuck with me. That’s why I’ve collected a few pieces along the way to help preserve and honor her history. My goal is to make sure Goldie’s story continues while never forgetting her roots.

That hunting license explains the deer carrier up front so well now.

You have such a unique perspective on Scouts for being a younger person and I commend you for sharing your Scout stories

T-minus 3 days until the American Graffiti Festival, and I'm getting pretty excited. For some reason, I'm a little nervous too, though I'm not exactly sure why. Today, Goldie is getting another wash, and I'll probably apply a little more patina sauce to keep her looking shiny for the weekend. 😂The parade is tomorrow. While I won't be participating this year, I may still head down to take some photos and shoot some content. The parade is always cool.

That would be so cool to attend... I'm gonna have to try to get there someday... Hope you all have a great time!
