600 hundred pictures. WOW! Can't wait to see them.Tell him thanks from a grateful forum.Okay everybody we will be home tomorrow and my husband took over 600 pictures. So as we go through things I will post them. I just have to say what an awesome experience and great community. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The Scout staff was amazing and so knowledgeable.
I have lots of thoughts but the main one is there’s nothing like seeing them for yourself with your own two eyes.
I cant wait till everyone gets a chance to see them in person and I’m even more excited to have mine in my garage!
As we were driving to the hotel we saw this one being trailered. It was a good way to cap off the day.

Yeah, that console is pretty slick.Okay decision made. No bench seat! I really like the console in the middle between the two seats. Here’s the difference. So the truck on the floor it’s just flat. Goes all the way through. The non-bench the console goes between the seats and meets the dash and has a small tray in between the seats. I much prefer that.

I think maybe, I could be wrong; that your forum name may have already exposed you.Yeah, that console is pretty slick.
Oh crap, did I just give away my age by saying “slick” instead of “sick”?![]()
Maybe when @Jamie@ScoutMotors is back they might be willing to upload the presentation as well and simplify your lifeIf you are on the forum a lot it’s a lot
Of what we have seen and already know. They showed the little video from the reveal, the video from winter testing without Scotts part, the timeline of when things happened. Screen shots of various articles. If you are on the forum a lot you probably know most if it. People
Asked about batteries and lockers and things but the answer was too early to give specifics. My husband videod the whole thing so if I can figure out how to upload it here I will.
Yes it was.Thank yall for sharing that experience with us.
Sounds like a great time.
Was it your first Scout event?
I use that tool for quick reference all the time. I is pretty accurate.Okay do you all know that iPhones have a measuring tool! I played around with it and I’ll post some of the measurements. Now big caveat here. Don’t take what I’m posting as gospel. Also depending on the tires and options people chose these measurements will change. So just as a refresher the concept is on a 35 inch off road tire. I did each measurement a few times and used the one I could repeat. And again, the actual measurements could be slightly different but this is just to give everyone an idea. View attachment 7097

Perfect and kudos to him. I’m about an inch taller so makes for a good referenceI woke up this morning and yesterday felt like a dream but it really happened!! We are driving home today, 6 hours, so over the coming days and weeks I’ll keep posting more pictures to this thread as my husband goes through them. I purposely didn’t take too many with my phone because I wanted to enjoy the moment and talk to everyone and have that experience without it being through a phone camera, if that makes sense.
I do have to say thank you to my husband. He took his summer vacation to do this with me. This is his birthday weekend and Father’s Day and this is exactly why we have been married 35 years as of June 30th.
Everytime we go somewhere I take his picture while he’s taking pictures. So this is yesterday and for reference he is 5’10”. View attachment 7096
Am I her husband? No@J Alynn is this you??
Jamie told me that the woman in this CBS video is 5'6" if that's helpful. In the video she hops in the vehicle no problem. This vehicle is on 35's@cyure can you do that measurement for the front seat? I'm so curious if I could easily get in, even with the 35's or if I'd have to choose a smaller wheel. I really hate running boards. Thank you for the references and the photos!! Big thank you and happy birthday to the hubby as well!!
