Scout Concepts in Hudson, New York, July 3, 2026

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.
And for the furry friends lovers-here you go-I don’t ask permission so hopefully nobody gets mad

I know we're excited about the Traveler and it's updates but also curious to hear your feedback of the Terra now that you saw it from the reveal vs. now with 37's and new paint scheme. Thanks for the photos!
The Terra is imposing. It doesn’t feel as bulky as a F-150 but it’s impressive in its appearance. I grabbed this picture as the guy was about my height (5’-10”) and the other is my at (5’-6”) so as set the top of the bed was at the top of my shoulders. But if you can park it in a driveway (assuming garage is too small) it is amazing. My daughter wants a Terra to overland and seeing it I want her to get one. My wife doesn’t love the green but have to say one of the prettiest shades of green I’ve ever seen for a truck. And I think it will be as good if not better in the Traveler. And my apologies to @CP1@scoutmotors for the candid shot but figured it was a good action shot and shows some scale. Guessing he is right around 6’???

Thank you for the scale pictures. Thank your wife for being a good sport about it. We all appreciate it.

Scout Motors merch truck-my wife bought me a hat and a t-shirt so I’ve helped financially support SM during their run up 😀

You all know I love the new Scouts but I would have take that one in a heart beat. Was beautiful-and the park stickers on the rear glass were quite special too. Told the story of that Scout’s life-and a good life it seems to have
I think it’s time for you to get a vintage Scout! 😉😂

Some Terra-nothing new but new for me. Also-kudos for SM for guessing size of crowd and keeping the ropes very close. Debated sticking around until the end as Agent K and one of the Chris’s both said I could get some up close but was able anyway and now just shy of 11am and feels like 95 so holding but just a Northeast heat wave and we aren’t built for these temps and this amount of humidity. Everyone should post a thank you to the SM team because this is day 3 or 4 for them in this heat wave and it is tough. THANKS team
