From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.
Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.
How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

I see we've even got quotes from Scout's Aunt Aileen in there too. Love the involvement with Scout where you're starting to recognize employees in the articles as posters here on the forum!
Oh yeah, I also LOVE the wheels they've been showing on their vehicles recently and it's nice seeing the 37" tires on 18" wheels.

Question on the Silo Green truck: On the interior, is the gray of the seating and door panels as blue as it looks? In the pictures, it looks like a cooler gray that clashes with the warm terra cotta and hemp tones moreso than a warmer gray would. Grays are hard to photograph sometimes, so I figured I'd ask the expert! That's about the only criticism I've got for anything that's been coming out from Scout recently, and with me being very picky, that's a heck of a compliment for your team!

Even after going through both of @cyure 's Nationals & Chicago threads, this is the first time I've noticed the "cluster" is just another tablet/screen:

My take-and I may be wrong is the dark gray is the same gray that was on the reveal Terra and they just swapped out the off white for the saddle brown. If that is the case-that charcoal leather (saw it in person at reveal) is the perfect neutral gray with just a touch of warmth and if white is 0 and black is 10 it’s like a level 8 as far as darkness is concerned. It’s a beautiful grey. I’m with you. No more black. Also, I never thought I would do tan again but that clay color on the Tahitian Red Traveler is gorgeous.
That truck was at Nats and beautiful in person!
The dash might be a little much but I love it on the seats. I would love to see a Scout with plaid like this. As long as it’s easy to clean.
If they make it using some of the Tech materials it should be pretty robust. Our Maverick has ActiveX seating material. It is made from recycled plastic bottles, no animal products, they claim tougher than leather, resistant to temperature changes, and supper easy to clean without discoloration. So far what we have experience.

Love seeing plaid. I think there are spies among us. Jeep is going plaid and MB G-class now offers a similar backpack case. Fess up-which one of you is it? @THil08 you are tight in BMW-perhaps you are double agent no?
