FB find of the day

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

It is crazy. And the color too. It’s kinda that Terra cotta as the Pacific Mist interior.
We have a current Telluride and that has the same color interior as well. I really like it, but I wonder if I would want two vehicles with the same color. Then again, we’ve had two black interiors before (current other vehicle has white interior now which I also love).

looks flimsy to me, but familiar, but for all we know the Scout will be totally different, as they have kept us in the dark for a while now...Escalade V series lookin good about now, not sure how much wait I have left in me...
I sound like a broken record but I’m going to say it again. Everyone has to make their own calculation as to whether they wait for a Scout or buy something else. This is transportation after all. I have the luxury of being able to wait for my Traveler.

Also I am a very glass half full kinda gal. I believe them when they say the concepts are 85% of what the production vehicle will look like. Having seen them in person at Nats I am all in.

There are others on here who have had to get a new vehicle. Because they need a new vehicle. They are still on here posting.

If you need or want to get a vehicle now post a picture of your Escalade. Would love to see what you buy!

I’m back to faith and patience. (I’m so excited that in a few months I will be able to say “production starts next year”!

Having seen it in NYC if that is the one you are referencing it feels significantly different. Way more red in the current Traveler interior. Your interior is closer to the original reveal traveler interior

Sounds to me from several posts like you are at the end of your wait. Perfectly fine and you gotta do you. Some of us are committed until the end-so I tell myself 🤣

Well said. And remember in my broken record statement-many of us have been here nearly 3 years so maybe we’ve just become “comfortably numb”

Man "committed to the end" and "comfortably numb" - I'm feeling a Pink Floyd vibe... Just need to throw in "Money" and "Time" from Dark Side...
Just that kind of day. Had to pick two songs the other day for an upcoming work event and figured go long or go home. Went with stairway to heaven but looked at a lot of Floyd and throw a reference in for fun
