A Gift From Scout Motors

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

    Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

    How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

    Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

Im gonna tell Uncle Scotty on him, and then ill have Uncle J's Job.


But for real tho, i think its a completely random thing. Being that a few people that have recently ordered Scouts, and people that reserved within hours of it coming-out, are getting them at the same time. It probably also has to do with the new system intergrading over. Which if i recall correctly, I remember Uncle J saying that it was taking longer than expected to transfer over. So I wonder if as they are putting in the E Mails, its sending out this first message, about the gift from Scout Motors. Which would explain on why its a mix every time a new email batch goes out. Everyone uses a different email, and way on how they format their email addresses. Some people make up emails others use their names, or pets names, and other uses random letters and numbers.

These were sent to whatever email you used for your reservation (if your forum registration is a different email then that's why it isn't the same). These are going out to reservation holders.
Haven’t gotten any emails yet. Maybe I’ll get one in the next couple of days.

Thanks Jamie. I always have another question.

Did I make a mistake by logging in and putting in my address? If my address is in the system will I still get a email?

I feel like I should have done nothing and waited to get the email so I could get the “gift from Scout”.

Thanks for always answering all our pesky questions.

Thanks for clearing the air. And if we went and updated our address on the website? Without getting the email, are we still going to receive the email?

Plus I'm really hoping its an ornament.

Yep, if you add your address you will get something from us, even if you haven’t received the email yet (also check spam folder just in case).

Don’t ask me why, but SM asking for addresses makes this whole adventure seem more real. It’s really happening. I will have my very own Scout someday!
