The white roof here is the finishing touch that elevates the vibe for the color I think.I said not half-bad, also maybe not half-good? SOMEONE was asking for bold, non-grey, white, or black color options! If @cyure can lobby for PBY, why not SFG!Might look better on it's own ; that is a lot of green with the boat. Maybe a light roof. It would appeal to the pacific surfer crowd.

But the wanting to chime in on this so Scout can see the vibes.
Many have already said this, but reiterating it because reasons. The wood in the new concepts is still too busy. And not like "eh, its ok, but I'd not call it my favorite" sort of feelings, more like "I'll actively avoid it" sorts of feelings. I'm getting 70's plaid couch covered in plastic vibes.
I do like the black/brown/grey color. And I liked seeing it without the tire carrier. And I am interested in seeing a concept with the stock wheel/tire size at some point.
Keeping it short so I actually finish it

There is a lot to like here, and I am glad to see they are exploring a more refined model in addition to the more pure off-road version. This is more what I would likely purchase for my wife. That said, not sure about the wood used in the interior trim. maybe it is just the images, but it reminds me more of OSB than walnut!
I’m really curious what that wood trim looks like in person.
I would like to see a concept with the stock wheel/tire size as well. Unfortunately, we will likely have to wait for the configuration app to see this. Hopefully that is still on schedule and will be available before the end of the year.
I think a number of us are feeling the same and wonder how it looks in person. That said I never liked Audi and BMW burled woods-just seems out of place in a car, at least to me
One can only hope and the suggestion from @THil08 to mirror to large tv monitor makes it that much more exciting
I also hope they narrow the width down a bit. Too wide!
If I knew a two door model was in the works I’d probably wait, or at least plan accordingly for that. I have a WANT for a Scout but more like a need for a smaller BEV SUV
I would prefer a two door, but the plan is for us to be a one car family in the future and we’ll need the extra space for travel…
