Very cool!Day late and a dollar short but found John Glancy’s post today remembering the reveal. Glad to know I wasn’t the only one who kept menues, swag and the other items in our packets. Great job John!
That’s sick, wish I had that. I should’ve joined here back when I first saw it and not a year or so later.Day late and a dollar short but found John Glancy’s post today remembering the reveal. That would probably have made you the youngest first year member! That’s sick, wish I had that. I should’ve joined here back when I first saw it and not a year or so later.
Aren’t these their personal posts though? Jamie posts on FB but his are personal so I generally don’t share those. Afraid he will unfriend me and I’ll have no one on FB to like me any moreI have a request.
@Jamie@ScoutMotors can we get the Instagram/Facebook posts from Scott and Chris cross posted over here on the community hub. I try and catch them as I know not all of us are on all the socials. I am not on Facebook so I appreciate all of you who post Facebook content over here.
Scott’s posting on Instagram now and Chris had some nice posts recently about the anniversary and the lighting over on Instagram. I will keep posting screenshots as I find them, but it would be nice for this community to get the same posts over here directly from them.
Thanks!
Personal posts no, but for example the two most recent posts from Chris Benjamin’s Instagram that I took screenshots of and posted in this thread were about the 2 year anniversary and the Scout exterior lighting. I don’t see a reason why those posts couldn’t be duplicated here. They are Scout related.Aren’t these their personal posts though? Yes but they are Chris’s personal posts not business posts even though the content crosses over. That’s like me posting about a great new company model home I saw in Charlotte. It’s work related but it is my personal account. It would be nice to ask Chris and others to share thoughts onto the SM pages in addition to their personal accounts then it would be fair game. Just an opinion. Sometimes you want to post about passions without posting about work-if that makes sensePersonal posts no, but for example the two most recent posts from Chris Benjamin’s Instagram that I took screenshots of and posted in this thread were about the 2 year anniversary and the Scout exterior lighting. didn't think about it that way... good pointYes but they are Chris’s personal posts not business posts even though the content crosses over. Agree 100%. But do you gain more interest by pushing it out to the Benj world on IG or do you place here for exposure to a limited group of Scout enthusiasts-it’s an open question and not sure which answer is correct. By argument sake Jamie is the communications guy so maybe Chris and team rely on Jamie to disseminate their thoughts. I, like you, would love to see a monthly message from various designers where we post ?’s during first week of month and week 3 they spend 5 minutes -almost like an IG video and answer as many questions as they can in 5 minutes. Any/all questions are fair game except vulgar stuff. Favorite food, favorite color, design item they are most proud of, idea they stood on the hill for and lost, etc…. That would be cool. But I’ve said I love the personal interactions with the staff and try at every event to get to know one or two folks on a deeper personal level-their passions and what gets them out of bed each day. That’s my favorite part of going to the events.I just think it would be nice to have some posts on here from other SM team members from time to time.
