IT’S HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!Everything is coming along great.
I mean, I've said this before. But this is like, an actual enclosed building, that is starting to look like an actual factory.
And whats more, the first welded bodies mean that work is actually starting to be done (given, its early stages, and test stuff, validating equipment/etc), which is huge.
deliveries in 2028 are starting to feel not as far off.
I'm still saving my pennies! (metaphorically of course. No more pennies are being produced).
Never ceases to amaze me how big this is and I remember the empty site like it was just yesterdayOur latest update on the Scout Production Center in Blythewood, South Carolina is now up on Scout Stories.

That would be amazing!Any plans to build a paved and offroad road course testing areas? I hoping we have an opportunity for a factory visit to test drive demo Scouts with an instructor lead events.
I have a couple cups of game tokens that surely spend like company scrip: wonder what those are worth?I'm still saving my pennies! (metaphorically of course. No more pennies are being produced).
They just recently posted a video of Scout mountain and discussed some sort of “adventure” but nothing stated in stone as of yetAny plans to build a paved and offroad road course testing areas? I’m going with 80% because some areas are actively working with full set up and other areas still are being set up. It’s like the fire power of a fully operational battle station. $hits happening but the stormer troopers haven’t finished decoratingLooking at this, would someone say 50% completed or more or less as far as it relates to a production building facility?
This isn't about the factory timeline—I understand that part. My frustration is Scout's decision to prioritize the Traveler EREV. I understand the business case behind it, but it increasingly feels like early Terra EV reservation holders have been pushed farther back while others continue to move ahead.
And also this is transportation. If someone needs to buy/lease a vehicle that does not mean SM has failed in some way. Just means you need a truck now and maybe a Terra is the next truck purchase.Tough for any of us to say what's going to happen when deployments begin, and highly recommend holding on to your reservation. Like you've said they are more than likely prioritizing the Traveler based on the reservation data, but they won't completely disregard building Terras.
At this point the best we can all do is keep supporting the team as they push through production and trust the leadership team are working to fulfill the demand they're observing.
While I'm not in the Terra BEV club (not that there's anything wrong with that), I'm definitely in the old, boring, retired club!Keeping my Terra BEV res. But I do want to drive one first. More time to save… but then I’m old, boring, and retired.
Speaking of fitting in the garage. I was walking the dogs yesterday and one of the neighbors pulled his truck out. He had a Ford F-150 Raptor and an Acura SUV parked in the 2 car side of his 3 car garage. I admit I’m worried about fitting the Traveler in my garage but seeing that I don’t think I should be.While I'm not in the Terra BEV club (not that there's anything wrong with that), I'm definitely in the old, boring, retired club!
I love the Terra but it won't fit in my garage...

I’m still hoping I can fit in the single side of our 3 car garage. It’s 95 wide. If I can fold the mirrors while parking I think I can do it.
