As an EV owner for almost 6 years--my wife and I now have two and use them as our primary vehicles--here are a couple of suggestions to ensure a good customer experience.
1. Please make sure your vehicles have a reliable navigation system which will accurately provide range information, and also options for DC charging along the route being mapped. Having this is so important for trips, reducing range anxiety and allowing use of a EV as a "real" automobile.
2. Please provide a charging cord with adaptors, that allow home or destination charging in various scenarios (110v, 240v, different type of receptacle, etc). Our go to is a 14-50 NEMA adaptor that allows us to connect to a 240v and charge at 27 mph.
I am excited to see more details as we get closer to 2027!
