Hello,
I’m really hoping someone can either point me to threads that has answered all of these questions or someone/people here can answer all my questions.
Questions:
For those that placed their order: will there be a period for them to test drive the car before final purchase or some kind of “return date” after the car is built and bought/final purchase to drive it then return the car if it doesn’t meet the driver’s/owner’s expectations?
Concerning the battery pack: what is the expected longevity of the battery pack in Traveler and Terra?
Batteries do get replaced so, how will that look the replacement aspect in these amazing cars?
How does maintenance look for both energy systems: Electric and Electric + Gas? Can anyone do the general maintenance or not?
Will these cars be able to last for as long as people keep their cars for, for instance nowadays cars are kept for about 13 years? Of course with proper maintenance, any car can last long but for these cars can they withstand long time usage and abuse before “breaking”/incapable of updating?
How is Scout trying to differ from other brands in longevity in ownership of their cars?
Will there , if any, be any additional perks for customers that purchase a 1 generation Terra/Traveler?
Whenever scout cars hit the road along with their new drivers/owners( I hope soon!), just like any car company their first year of the car model or 1st generation has its hiccups that get resolved and fine tuned in later years. Does Scout have a plan in place for those hiccups that can please most customers complaints? I don’t expect anything big or immediate answer, just a question I wanted to mention.
Thank you for reading my crazy posts. Sorry to waste your time or confusion I caused. I didn’t mean to confuse anyone, sorry.
