Okay this isn’t necessarily a woman only thing but I figured I would put it here.
We cleaned out the inside of the Jeep today. When we were pulling the mats out it got me thinking. There’s no hump to deal with. I’m looking at the pictures my husband took in Chicago the back seat has just one long flat floor mat. With back seat passengers, especially kids I would not want flat like that.
1. Drinks can and will spill and the liquid won’t stay on the mat. Think milk on the carpet under the front seat.
2. Snacks can and will spill. Think Cheerios under the front seat.
3. Toys and bottles will fall and could roll forward. Is there enough under the front seat to keep an item from rolling forward and interfering with the pedals?
As pretty as the carpeted mats were in Chicago they are not practical at all and would not stop spills and items from going where they should not be.
