Man-if it looked that color 100% of time it would be my choice. I’ve said teal was right after pale yellow.

Silo Green will be my second choice if there’s no CSG…Man-if it looked that color 100% of time it would be my choice. I’ve said teal was right after pale yellow.
I do like the green but wife isn’t as fond and as the financial advisor she gets a little veto power-unfortunatelySilo Green will be my second choice if there’s no CSG…
That front facia goes hard. Though the iH is a bit much, and the AI made it seem more like an ICEV, something similar in design would be awesome to see down the road from Scout, after they find footing as a new brand with a limited run "Heritage" lineup and a two door with a "sports top"Cool find on FB. Actually want to say kudos on this for whomever made it because I love the current design but if this would have rolled out at the reveal event I’d have been just as excited.
I don't *dislike* this, but I also don't know if it's something I would have gotten excited about & put down a reservation for. It's too boxy, too 70s/80s - vs the actual design that feels nostalgic but also modern. The new Bronco is like that - it's got a nostalgic look, but also recognizably modern/current.Cool find on FB. I’ll admit this as well. My parents immigrated to this country and I, along with a ton of other people I know, was first generation born in the US. I had no idea what IH or Scout were until I watched Animal Kingdom on Netflix and saw the green Scout II that one of the main characters drives. Not recognizing the car, I googled it and that’s how I came across the brand revival. It was the front grill look and overall design of the car that made me think “dang that is cool and I want one” I wasn’t even into cars before I started getting interested in Scout. Now I’m hooked hahaI don't *dislike* this, but I also don't know if it's something I would have gotten excited about & put down a reservation for. And I know Facebook is mostly cranks & complainers at this point in its lifecycle, but I constantly see comments like this on the Scout posts:

And I can't help but think, well duh - for as beloved as Scout seems to be, it's a small community compared to the car-buying population so of course any kind of revival is going to cast a wide net. If Scout was building/designing a vehicle that these types of people wanted, they'd be priced out of it & would be complaining about that!
I have admitted multiple times that Scout is not a brand I was familiar with before the revival, so I'm one of those Soccer Moms (lol) the brand is targeting. A "heritage" design like @RodorW said might be feasible in a few years for an anniversary release, but I'm sure it would still be very limited (and A Real Yeti still wouldn't buy it for some perceived slight. Hahaha).
Agree completely. I saw those same soccer mom posts and laughed. I can’t believe SM isn’t just make 9,486 of these travelers to exact specs for those hard core long term Scout lovers. It was my first car. I grew up in PA, we don’t really have boulders to crawl over, it was my parents car so my stupidity as a 16 year old existed but not enough to rock climb in it. I have lots of memories in that scout both family and as a 16year old. The nostalgia matters to me, so long as it can handle some non paved roads with 6-6” gravel potholes I’m gonna be pretty happy. And I’ve said before-if two hamsters are in the frunk making it go that’s cool too. If it gets me from point A to B with minimal to no problems, is a hoot to drive, manages to keep the cabana top from leaking and makes me smile every time I walk up to it then I’ll be 100% satisfied. And the 5 year wait will have been worth it.I don't *dislike* this, but I also don't know if it's something I would have gotten excited about & put down a reservation for. Cool on vintage trucks and jeeps but I think the Scouts deserve a slightly more refined look. I like the variates Scout has offered this far
That is excellent news! The concept vehicles have the ability to manually change the color temperature. This has caused some inconsistencies in how they look. The design team wants them to have a warm glow on the production models.
