Tick rate for them has been 50/50 last I heard. Sedans have been built more thus far but 2026 MY just came out. Have yet to see a 26 G99 arrive at our dealership. The M5 wagon is nice, besides its price tag... which is why you don't see many of them in the states.
I reviewed one of these awhile back which was the Tremor and I like it minus the whole screen issue. The buttons on the wheels were taken straight from Rivian so I was kinda use to them but man just one click to much the wheel would get into a position that would be hard to see the actual gauges. I liked the center screen way more especially since I could watch YouTube. Driving of the Tremor was great but realistically I recommend getting a lower trim. Outside of that it’s a good family hauler.INCOMING RANT
We rented a 2026 Ford Expedition Max this week for a project and IT WAS AWFUL.
The dash was on a “shelf” pretty far from the driving position, and the steering wheel had freaking touch pads like the old OG iPods. They had “buttons” that would light up under the pads but there were no tactile buttons. So great. I have to look down at my thumbs when I wanted to set the cruise control or play music. That’s totally safer!
They had to use a Squircle steering wheel to see the dash and it took some adjustment as well for low speed parking lot maneuvers. Speaking of adjustments, you have to use the steering wheel pads to select the steering wheel adjustment. The steering column has nothing on it.
Way less physical buttons too. There was just a small row of them below the dash, and a shifter knob along with the volume knob, because why not, let’s just make it even more unintuitive.
They are trying to copy Tesla so bad and it’s only redeeming quality are probably the most comfortable seats I’ve ever sat on.
But I hated the whole experience and look forward to returning that one. Ford engineers have lost their minds!

Scout Motors might not have any production/media ready Scouts yet, they might still be concepts. But at least we have a factory with some equipment in it. Along with some really sleek looking trucks.
Its basically Americas Lada Niva, but without the offroad capabilityF Slate![]()

Just Great... E bikes are already an issue in NJ and probably the rest of the country, now electric Motorcycles. Can't wait for the technology collapse where we go back to the beginning. Its been talked about by a few technology institutes and hopefully it becomes true. We should all enjoy it while it lasts. Because soon it will all be gone, smartphones, AI, Electric Cars, Big Screens no Buttons, E Bikes, ect.![]()

100%. I live in downtown Charleston and it is unfortunately a mecca for revving modified exhaust. We do have a noise ordinance, but it is not enforced.RANT ALERT!
I really hope electric motorcycles are extremely successful, but there seems to be a few factors that tend to be the draw. Looks, speed and LOUDNESS...at least where I live. As a teenager in SC, if your bike (or car) muffler was modified to make it louder, there was a good chance the law was going to ticket you. I'm sure those noise ordinances still exist, however not enforced. I do like that low growl of the Mustangs, Camaros and the unique sound of the Harleys with little to no muffled exhaust, but now there is just too many. It gets old after about 10 seconds and there are just too many noise makers on the roads locally. That shows my age I guess. If I was still a teenager, I guess I would be joining in with the LOUD crowd.
I am so ready for the electric (QUIET) revolution, but I think much of the draw to ICE vehicles is to sound off about how powerful your rig is. Oh, and I forgot to mention the diesels...sheesh. That said, let the bashing begin!!!
I am astonished they actually called it "Safety Flaws" . Of course that's what it was. Hiding a emergency mechanical release behind an unmark door panel that you have to rip off to get to it was insane.I don’t think I need to say this but I will. If all the batteries are dead and god forbid I have been in an accident or something the doors need to open with the handle. I know they have said they are mechanical door handles and they need to stay that way to production.

Rivian R2 Handle Redesign Aims to Fix Safety Flaws
Rivian is tweaking the R2 SUV before it even hits the road, and honestly, I think it’s a smart move. Bloomberg reports that the company is redesigning the door handles so the manual release will be easier to see and right next to the main handle. The R2 is still set to launch in theriviantrackr.com
