Well doesn’t look like the Grenadiers are flying off the shelves. There’s 50 brand new 2024s at the dealer near me.

They had plans for one and then shelved it.It’s a >$70k gas vehicle without a reliability track record. Who wants that?
When they release a BEV version, we’ll look.
I don't care for the way that article started out. "Scout, the Volkswagen-owned electric carmaker" I am pretty sure this is NOT true.![]()
Scout: America's Charging Infrastructure Helped Demand For Terra, Traveler EREVs
Scout's EVs got a gasoline range extender late in the game, and now they're more popular than solely electric models.www.topspeed.com
Haha, journalists just want clicks they can give two shs, about if the information is correct that they are giving.I don't care for the way that article started out. "Scout, the Volkswagen-owned electric carmaker" I am pretty sure this is NOT true.
Scout is an independent brand, with its own ownership structure that’s not affiliated with Volkswagen.
I fear that is the Titanic and there appears to be an ice cube up ahead for Ineos.Well doesn’t look like the Grenadiers are flying off the shelves. There’s 50 brand new 2024s at the dealer near me.

It bugs me too that every article talks about poor charging and broken down/disrepair chargers. These writers must all drive the exact same routes as it doesn’t seem to be that way. I see more and more around me and they all appear to function fine. Get off the horse and beat something else for a change. The negative connotations certainly don’t help people’s mindsetsI don't care for the way that article started out. "Scout, the Volkswagen-owned electric carmaker" I am pretty sure this is NOT true.

My thoughts exactlyI fear that is the Titanic and there appears to be an ice cube up ahead for Ineos.
They messed up once they decided to keep the Diesels in Europe, and when they decided to go with BMW engines. Ineos is a huge gas company in Europe but yet they can’t develop their own engines. They failed, at their mission. Which interestingly enough, the reason the Grenadier was made, is because the Ineos CEO loved the Old Landrovers, and wanted to build one for the modern day for him self.Well doesn’t look like the Grenadiers are flying off the shelves. Excuse me but their BMW drivetrain is highly reliable and maintenance on them is dirt cheap. It’s a >$70k gas vehicle without a reliability track record. Who wants that?

Until I can buy shares, its a VW owned business as far as I am concerned.I don't care for the way that article started out. "Scout, the Volkswagen-owned electric carmaker" I am pretty sure this is NOT true.

Hey man thats just a shorter line at the charging station. It bugs me too that every article talks about poor charging and broken down/disrepair chargers. These writers must all drive the exact same routes as it doesn’t seem to be that way. I see more and more around me and they all appear to function fine. Probably more like an iceberg. But I get your point.I fear that is the Titanic and there appears to be an ice cube up ahead for Ineos.
