CYURE GOES TO NATIONALS!!! Yay!!!

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

I love this thread. So many excellent photos.

Your husband deserves that camera :)

I have perused through a few times, but did you get a measurement of the cargo area depth? I cant seem to find one if there is.

Thanks, I’ll let him know.

Depth I did not. It was dark inside and it was hard for the camera to pick a point because it was black. I had a hard time on that one inside side to side measurement because it was just black and dark inside the cargo area.

I’m hoping they are at the Chicago Auto Show in February. We will go and do the same thing if they are.

And I can’t recommend enough going to see them when they are close to you. It’s such a different experience seeing them in person. Pictures are great, but in person they are amazing.

Thanks for taking the time to edit and post all of these. So glad you all had a chance to see them up close. We are working on some more dates to see the vehicles after repaint this fall between Texas and LA on the way to the LA Auto Show. More info soon. After that we will work on the 2026 calendar.

You are very welcome. It was our pleasure. Nats combined our two passions. The Scout for me and photography for my husband. He will take any excuse to purchase more camera equipment. I know he’s been looking at new zoom lenses in anticipation of more Scout events.

I’m looking forward to reading the feedback from other forum members when they get to see them up close and in person.

I can’t wait to see the new colors. So, so excited!!

The PA Auto Show is in January 2026 in Harrisburg, that would be a good place to start next year at ;)

I hope Scout will do what Ford (and some others) do which is release a “Body Builder’s Layout Guide Book,” which provides detailed dimensions, weights, drill zone guidance, circuitry, etc.

Some example pages below:

Happy Friday! Today’s forecast calls for 90 degrees and thunderstorms. Fun.

Here’s some more frunk pictures. I noticed that piece that slides out is covered with a different material. I don’t know if SM is thinking that needs to be carpeted so it’s more comfortable to sit on. I would prefer it just be the same plastic as the rest of the frunk. Easier to clean if something spills. I would rather put my own blanket or cushion on there to make it more comfortable to sit on.

And it would also be nice in the accessories shop to have different size SM branded bags that can attach to the Molle panels.

Also I know there’s companies that make branded luggage that’s made to fit car trunks. When we had our Miata I was looking at a 3 piece set that fit in like a puzzle and filled up the whole trunk. Bags for the Scouts frunk that fit like that would be nice as well.

I hope everyone has a great day and stays safe with all these weather events we have been having across the country lately.

Thanks Jamie!

If it works out for scheduling, I would love to see them at the 2026 New York International Auto Show which is April 3-12, 2026.
