No I believe him, so far almost every interview a executive has done they have said that it will be located in the rear by the axle. You think Jamieās been lying to us. Now Iām curious

Both statements can be true. It could be fore, aft or over the axle.No I believe him, so far almost every interview a executive has done they have said that it will be located in the rear by the axle.
if it before the axle wouldn't the back passengers feel it though, which has been stated that they don't want. My guess is this is weight distribution thing. Both statements can be true. It could be fore, aft or over the axle.
Really depends on its mounting points, and the heat shielding and noise suppression material.if it before the axle wouldn't the back passengers feel it though, which has been stated that they don't want. My guess is this is weight distribution thing.
Great picture!!Thank you to the Scout team , great to meet you and see the Traveler.
Iām glad I switched my reservation last year to the Traveler from the Terra.
Range: Not finalized, Is based on the 35ās
Cargo Area: Will have outlets and 12vās, not added to concept.
Delivery Options: Not finalized
Hopefully a Factory pickup and tour will be available, especially for states like mine that block direct to consumer sales.
I like the detail shots. Thank you.
These are awesome. You take pictures like my husband takes pictures. If he was there I would have had at least 150 pictures and he would have taken pictures of every part of that car. I canāt wait until they are close to me and I can see the Traveler in person.

Nice picture love the detailed pictures.
You can tell its hand made it the picture of the scout logo in the tire carrier, you can see that someone went a bit heavy with Dremel, I love how Scout is allowing us to get up close to them and they aren't pushing people away like most manufactures.
Thatās how I roll too. Iād easily have 100+ if I ever saw one in person. These are awesome. You take pictures like my husband takes pictures. My husband takes so many pictures and has for years. When my son was 5 and playing soccer he saw my husband with his camera and stopped in the middle of the field while he was playing to pose and smile. I was yelling by at him to keep playing.Thatās how I roll too. Iād easily have 100+ if I ever saw one in person.
Welcome to the community! These pictures are great! Thanks so much for the closeups! Here are a few detail pics that were new to me at least. I know ... search the forums .... A couple of pouches were hung on the molle panel in the frunk. Very functional and looked cool as well. There is a sliding panel in the frunk which covers storage for the charging cords. The sliding mechanism seemed a bit finicky (staff opened it for me). I feel like a hinged top or one that drops in place would work more effectively. I fear dirt will get in those tracks. Further confirmation of USB-C ports on the dash mount! There are two, one on each end. And lastly, some closeups of the buttons. I thought I had a couple of shots from under the truck as well but those went missing somehow. The flooring under the mats is very washable which is great for trips to Moab!
I agree with the sentiment that this is a large vehicle and I am 6' 2". The rear load height is pretty high and the width will be an issue on many of Colorado's back country trails. Prepare for some pinstriping. As others have said, the Tahoe is a good comparison. The vehicle sits high, definitely an off-road configuration. I also think the roof rack makes a big difference in people's impression of the vehicle's size. Lastly, if the expected range is indeed based on the 35's as mentioned above, then I have some hope the range will improve with smaller tires and a lowered profile though the traveler will never win an aero contest.
These were taken with an Android phone, but you can blame the photographer for the quality issues.

Great photos. From the reveal the frunk sliding cover is intended to act as a front ātailgateā so you slide forward and sit on it. We were also told intent is cord bin will be set with a drain hole/cover and can be used as a cooler. Here are a few detail pics that were new to me at least. I know ... search the forums ....
