Its a lot less obvious on the Rivian, but (in addition to the rear wheel well air channel shown), the pass-through vent channel to the front wheel wells runs through the front bumper:

I like! If SM follows through on their r-2-r, coupled with NO subscriptions, I think they will have a compelling case for other buyers. It should be a cornerstone of their marketing campaign. Just my opinionl
Hoses right out, never an issue, and have never had anything actually get stuck in there. I've half expected to find a bird in there once or twice but never have. That'll be fun to clean bugs and mud out of...
Not as much as Europe.
One of the key aspects of right to repair is access to the software inside the vehicle. It’ll mean nothing if you can swap a part but that part still requires a software update to be integrated into the system. Hoping Scout doesn’t go the way of recent efforts that many manufacturers are going that lock users out of the internal software. And access through the screen may not be enough. True right to repair will involve the users having a choice in how the interface with the software.I like! You need to get the Scout in Flo PinkAll his cars he picked have been black, white or grey. That one was all black. Another car he bought that was on the showroom floor and they have to open the big doors and drive it out. He has bought 3 that way.
Or expiring tax credits pulled forward a lot of sales that would have happened later, we're now past that gap plus a short term bump due to gas prices.Seems like propaganda to me. "Sales down 20% year over year, but war with Iran boosts sales temporarily" would've been a more accurate take in my mind.
All my cars have been colors. The Jeep was his, thus black, and I took it when we moved to Illinois. You need to get the Scout in Flo Pink
Good point. And I’m assuming that when I say right to repair. Data access is key to everything when maintaining modern autos. I just think it could be a key marketing tool for SM.One of the key aspects of right to repair is access to the software inside the vehicle. I figured you meant it, just wanted to put it out explicitly.Good point. And I’m assuming that when I say right to repair. Data access is key to everything when maintaining modern autos. I just think it could be a key marketing tool for SM.
I’m sorry why do you need it! My son just floored it and I was screaming at him to slow down. It’s just different in an EV. It’s instant speed. The Supra is about the same 0 to 60 time and it doesn’t bother me when you floor it in that’s car. It’s more gradual.

I think I remember hearing about that the way Scout was designing the vehicles it was with the intention that someone could make 80-90% of the repairs on their own and that manuals/diagnostics would be available. I'm assuming that excluded the battery and associated components. I know I don't want to have any part in that and even though I have a really good mechanic that's done a great job with my current cars...there are some things that I wouldn't trust Mikey to doGood point.
