I asked Gemini to make the Traveler the color of seeded mustard without the seeds. Not terrible. View attachment 15431
That color with some super fine metallic gold flake could be very cool looking. I really like this color a lot. Very close to what I imagined in my head
The stripes look blingy, but I love the mustard color! I would absolutely choose this.Okay so this is seeded mustard

That doesn’t seem right, too light, but what do you think?
But I would have thought you would name it ABB…I think it totally could be. I’m all for a root beer brown with gold flake. I think that would be pretty.
Light Amber and Dark Amber like maple syrup! But I would have thought you would name it ABB…
Apple Butter Brown

I just asked for “maple syrup”. It’s different. I kinda like it.Light Amber and Dark Amber like maple syrup!
Only these guys have been holding on to brown.I think brown could make a comeback. I never see brown driving around
Unfortunate that the yellow is just for training, but aside from the yellow and the red/reddish copper colors, the colors don't really "pop". It's a dull palette. I want some bright blues, bright greens, bright reds, bright, bright all the colors! I'm not talking neon, but fully saturated colors, none of this dulled-by-adding-gray-to-the-color-to-pretend-its-not-gray shiz that's all over the place these days.Unfortunately Jamie confirmed that those are just samples for training and not official colors for the Scouts. I love the blues that are up there though so I'm hoping there are some similar ones at least.
COLOR!! Please be different SM and have lots of colors.Unfortunate that the yellow is just for training, but aside from the yellow and the red/reddish copper colors, the colors don't really "pop". That reminds me of the time we stopped at Niagara Falls going to my brother's soccer tournament when we were kids. One of the boys on the team repeatedly yelled at the falls, "I want to see some color!" as we were waiting for time night show to begin with colored lights on the falls.
I want to see some color!
If the palette is half monochrome, there's a good chance I'll cancel my reservation. I'm so sick of boring, "playing it safe" colors.

I fully agree but sad truth is most buyers will choose neutrals. I’m good with toned down color because i still think it appeals to more buyers. Trends come and go and that includes cars so people tend to resort to safe colors. I get Jeep offers great colors on the wranglers but that is just one of their vehicles. Scout comes out of the gate with only two models so there has to be a safe middle ground. I’d prefer they stay on course then annually or so they introduce a new Bold color (for any trim level) and make those limited so they have a reason for non savvy shoppers to trade in every few years for the new trendy color. Having seen a few so far I think they are muted a bit but colors are unique and look very good so I personally think it’s a good move.Unfortunate that the yellow is just for training, but aside from the yellow and the red/reddish copper colors, the colors don't really "pop". Those pink Wranglers sold out at our local dealership immediately.I fully agree but sad truth is most buyers will choose neutrals. Agree 100% but I will say silo does have a drab gray touch to it and the pacific blue is neutralized as well in light but both are great colors-just a bit safe as these are family haulers not fun adventure vehicles in the wrangler/bronco sense of things but don’t get me wrong -I’d still like to see brighter colorsThose pink Wranglers sold out at our local dealership immediately.
Make those neutrals not all just have a grey undertone. Look at Silo. Gold flake. Mix it up with the flake or the undertones. I think a Cherry Cola black rather than just a plain old black would be amazing. There’s ways to do it so it’s not just the same white, black and grey like every other manufacturer does.
P.S. PBY!!
So you're saying that Scout shouldn't do a canary yellow and mute it down some, perhaps going with traditional Post-It note yellow, or some such shade?Agree 100% but I will say silo does have a drab gray touch to it and the pacific blue is neutralized as well in light but both are great colors-just a bit safe as these are family haulers not fun adventure vehicles in the wrangler/bronco sense of things but don’t get me wrong -I’d still like to see brighter colors
Some kind of a soft yellow would be great. If only there was a catchy name?So you're saying that Scout shouldn't do a canary yellow and mute it down some, perhaps going with traditional Post-It note yellow, or some such shade?![]()
Haha. Tease all you want, but everyone knows what PBY is, including I would bet quite a few SM employees. Some kind of a soft yellow would be great. If only there was a catchy name?
Jaundiced flesh? Don’t eat the snow? Zombie pus? If only ……
Liking on the Bentley, didn’t translate quite as green in your AI render but in an exact match to the Bentley I’d jump on that color
If Scout was planning on coming out with this type of removal top and roll bar setup they wouldn't be able to make them fast enough!Couple of renders I did last fall in those similar shades
