CYURE GOES TO CHICAGO 12/10/2025

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.
An overhead view of the console. I’m really hoping next time I see them I can get a picture in the phone charging slots. I’m curious how deep they are and if your phone will run into cups in the cup holders.

I’m sure they are designing to fit the larger phones and large yetis

This new picture shows some of those touches from the CMF team that I just love. You all are going to have to Zoom in on the bottom tray in the console to see it, but they put the same pattern in that plastic. They could have just left it a plain piece of plastic. Who is going to see that? It’s dark and on the floor. It’s touches like these that give me so much confidence in the team. Thanks CMF!

Tell your lighting guy to prep so your photographer can get better pics 🤣.
Here’s a pic with a standard iPhone but with the pre-amazing floor mats in your pic 🤣. Seriously though-it’s a great touch and hope it ends up getting just a little accent lighting under there to see things better nothing major but enough to grab a bag handle or a purse handle

That little extra metallic detail just in front of the brick leather above the opening is another great touch I hadn’t paid much attention to. Well done Design Team

Okay so here’s a picture of the A pillar handle on the passenger side. I know Jamie has said we are getting one on the drivers side too. Are we thinking A pillar there as well or on the ceiling.

A pillar handle, but it creates a bit of a blind spot. Had to pick up and drop off supplies in a friend's chevy silverado andit has that a pillar handle. I almost killed a guy. And plus these damn new trucks you sit so low. If i was in my F150 i would have been able to see him. I hope everyday that Scout keeps high seats and not Sport SUV seating that these new trucks have.

My 2001 F-150 had the pillar handle on both sides and I never had an issue with it making the blind spot any worse, but in my bolt I almost ran someone over because they were walking perfectly in line with my blind spot, I wasn’t doing more than 5mph and I would have hit their cart before them, but my passenger pointed them out since they weren’t going to stop walking and I couldn’t see them at all

I really like the skid plates front and back and hope all trim levels have them even if they are a “street trim”. Some of the 4Runners come with a skid plate and some come with a plastic air dam. Apparently it can be removed but it’s this big piece of plastic that hangs down in the front behind the bumper. Not a fan. I 100% wants skid plates front and back.

I'm with you, I personally would prefer not to have a A-Pillar grab handle on the drivers side, passenger side would be fine.
