Supplier park is pretty much a glorified warehouse. Right?
There will be subassembly going on in the supplier park, so a combination of things.

Thats right, isn't it going be battery assembly? There will be subassembly going on in the supplier park, so a combination of things.
If I get a picture of myself pulling a bass out of the Scout factory pond with my new Scout in the background I would ride that high for a real long time…Looks clean. There better be a stocked pond at the factory, so I can take my Scout fishing when I pick it up.
Right, I would love to catch a nice rainbow trout, or Chained pickerel. I just need to fix my eye on my rod. Last time I fished I fought a pickerel and it snapped an eye hole. I have to solder it and re-ceramic coated grommet the eye.If I get a picture of myself pulling a bass out of the Scout factory pond with my new Scout in the background I would ride that high for a real long time…
I know the feeling, last fishing trip my rod shattered in half like the second cast. Must’ve got damaged at some point cause it was just a regular old cast.Right, I would love to catch a nice rainbow trout, or Chained pickerel. I just need to fix my eye on my rod. Tilt up wall panels in commercial construction is equivalent of an Amish barn raising. Done in no timeThe grading started a couple months before the official announcement (you can see it previous months updates in background). The supplier buildings are going up quick. Different type of construction as they don’t need to install over head car carriers hanging from the ceiling.![]()
I’d be happy when large mouth bass-or large small mouth bass. Something with a good fight but can put your fingers in to pop hook with finger or pliers. Catch and release would be great in a SM pondRight, I would love to catch a nice rainbow trout, or Chained pickerel. I just need to fix my eye on my rod. Love that first rendering!
Had no idea they fought that hard!Right, I would love to catch a nice rainbow trout, or Chained pickerel. I just need to fix my eye on my rod. Last time I fished I fought a pickerel and it snapped an eye hole. I have to solder it and re-ceramic coated grommet the eye.
Seems to be missing *visible, corded* BEV chargers.Seems to be missing BEV chargers. Let's overreact - is that a signal re: EREV priority? Also -
"Audi plans to build Land Rover Defender rival in U.S. on Scout platform - Audi’s new SUV will be an electric model with a range extender, designed specifically for American consumers. Audi has ruled out building its own U.S. factory and will instead leverage Scout's platform for the vehicle"
Either way if you can have extras added before leaving it’s a win and if SM can make a few bucks then everyone winsI think they also mentioned that the supplier park will be used for adding post production accessories to vehicles. Kind of a neat idea. I am not sure if it is for OEM accessories or aftermarket ones before delivery.
Just my opinion, but I would suspect it’s going to be like Rivian was. Those first orders may be placed prior to a place like that existing. The father down the line you place a an order the more likely it is there will be multiple experience centers. Rivian has quite a few in major cities now and they always seem to be opening new ones. Scout has spoken of having centers around the country as well.I know there will be an owner experience center. Will that be a place we can go before placing our orders to get a feel for options or will that be intended for the delivery of the vehicles after they are built?
What I was told at LAAS was Scout is planning on opening up 14 of those centers around the country at the very opening of the assembly building. Sadly if you don’t live near any of these, your place in cue suffers as the folks near a center will get priority. I may have the year wrong, but by 2030 there will be 100 of those centers around the country. To me this is a quick ramp up for sales and manufacturing.Just my opinion, but I would suspect it’s going to be like Rivian was. Those first orders may be placed prior to a place like that existing. So just to verify, your place in line is also affected by how close you live to the 14 launch locations? I’m hopeful Chicago would be one. What I was told at LAAS was Scout is planning on opening up 14 of those centers around the country at the very opening of the assembly building.
