From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.
Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.
How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.
Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

Also, are we going to start guessing what it is? And is this different for forum members that are active, or for everyone with a reservation? Because that changes things a bit
I’ll start:
- Monogrammed carhart beanies, with the forum names of each member in it?
- Scout branded truckers hat
- 1/64 Scale model scouts, crafted entirely out of butter? And some pancake mix?
- Scout branded flannel shirt-jackets?
- Scout branded picnic blanket?
Some of those seem likely. Some of those would be awesome.

@Jamie@ScoutMotors can we please get some clarification. Some of us are getting an email and providing our mailing address that way. Those of us who haven’t gotten the email yet are logging in and it’s asking for our address and we are providing it that way.
Can you please verify if we have to provide our mailing address through the email in order to receive the “gift from Scout”? Or is logging into the SM website and providing our address that way sufficient to receive this gift.
As you can tell we are all very excited about this and want to make sure we do it correctly.

As soon as I logged in it popped up. Hoping Jamie answers my question so we can get some clarification as to what’s going on.
Weird - logged out and back in 3 times with nothing... Maybe it's for longer term members (I've only been on here for a year)...

Interesting - I got the email and "hit the link", but since it already had my mailing address due to my reservation, I didn't get a link to "update" it - I guess I'll wait and see if something comes in the mail, kind of fun!
I hear it’s those with a Harvester reservation are bumped to the front of the reservation list and will get a VIP tour of the plant and a museum delivery of their new Scout before the BEV’s are ever built…No email yet for me.

My last name starts with an O and I got it.
Also I pledge to name my next child Scout McTraveler-Terra, so maybe that has something to do with it
Maybe they are doing the emails in order of reservation. Start finding who got it first. Someone get a spreadsheet going!

@unclescotty@ScoutMotors thought i would give it a try, since Scotts profile isn't tag able, so thought i would tag his alter ego.
Interesting I also have not received the email with having two orders , I just logged in and prompted to add address .
