September 2025 Scout Motors Factory Update

From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.
Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.
How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.
Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Me either. There is a site work video that was released probably a year ago showing what a day onsite looked like-was a vlogger. If you search you can probably find it. Totally changed how I think about land development and I see it daily at work
I found it on Instagram. There’s more too it. It says stay tuned for Brick by Brock, Episode One. Sounds like we are getting multiple episodes about the factory!!
Oh I get it. I was trying to imply something much more sinister behind that system-migration delay... was way too subtle reference to rumored BEV delay...
It is just a rumor. I figure until Jamie or Scott say it it doesn’t count
Jamie is what we call a heavy hitter!
Since the September update did not come out until Oct 20th, don't get too anxious. I am confident we will get the October update before the end of November.

My daughter is 21 and will find a loophole for everything-she should be a layer or an auditor-either way I need to make my statements bulletproof or as vague as possible so she can’t find the rope to hang me with
. Want a fun one tell a kid you’ll give them $200 for doing something trivial. When they ask to be paid (because the WILL do it) tell them you’ve added it to your will as part of their inheritance. That’s how I play-

A 21 year old daughter, hm? If you really want to mess with her, tell her you added the amount to the savings account you set up for her wedding. Then tell her right now you can afford a ladder.
