Welcome to the community!Based in Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle. Super psyched to get a Traveler. My focus is on the ability to confidently travel over a lot of the Fire Service roads; to climb over snowy mountain passes in winter, and to maybe integrate with my home solar/battery to supplement my home electricity in the event of an extended power grid emergency.

Yes, definitely. For some reason, though, I've spent the last few days getting into all the YouTube videos that came out six or seven months ago. It's like my excitement level just keeps getting higher and I keep looking for new nuggets and details... so a little but of obsession at this point, I suppose.Have you made your reservation?

Glad you are here. We seem to all be equally obsessed. I switched our vacation this year to Ohio so my husband and I couldn’t then at Nats. When you can see them in person go. I guess we'll get another crack at Washington's rule on Direct to Consumer Auto Sales before these vehicles are ready for sale. Count me in for a trip down to Olympia to lobby! Are there legislators that we could be reaching out to now?

Welcome to the community!Greetings from Pullman, WA. My reservation is for the Traveler w/ Harvester. My current “off-road rig” is a 2005 Honda Element—incredibly capable for what it is, but the Traveler is in an entirely different league. Looking forward to it!

Huge Element fan! I had a 2003 until it died on the I90 bridge over Mercer Island after towing a small uhaul from DC to Seattle in 2019. Those little guys were awesome for outdoor adventures AND easy parallel parking in the city. Welcome to Seattle Scouts!Greetings from Pullman, WA. My reservation is for the Traveler w/ Harvester. Does anyone know who was the original author of this bill? Seems like right after election day, we should start a letter writing campaign to the author and co-sponsors to ask them to reintroduce it.Tesla will remain the only electric vehicle manufacturer allowed to sell directly to customers in Washington.
That’s because legislation that would have put firms like Rivian and Lucid on equal footing with the electric carmaker failed to advance out of a House committee on Friday, the deadline for non-fiscal bills to be voted out of policy committees.
House Bill 1721, ran out of juice in the House Consumer Protection & Business Committee where Rep. Amy Walen, D-Kirkland, the chair, said it lacked caucus support.

There is a part of me that would love to fly down to Charleston, catch a minor league game, eat some Low Country BBQ and then pick up a U-Haul and drive to Blythewood to pick up my new Scount and tow it back to Seattle and ONLY THEN start driving it and racking up odometer miles.... but there's also another part of me that would rather just have the company deliver it to me (or pick it up from somewhere like Tacoma or Puyallup.
I feel like those highway miles would be wasted! I'd like to give my Scout her first miles on the wilds of Washington state! No interest in a cross country adventure learning to love your Scout even more?
