Scout Community Package, let's make this happen!

In addition to your standard Premium Packages or Off-Road Packages, I would like to propose...

Scout Community Package

• Bundle of fan favorite options that were debated and agreed upon within these very forums.
• Promotes the greater Scout community, Scout can use this as a "we hear you" or "here's a thank you"
• New customers might be more apt to select a package that was legitimately selected by fans
• Community members get a discount code on said package

While I posted this idea two weeks ago in another thread, I really think this is a great idea and think we could really make this happen. These kinds of bundles have existed forever (Ex: Volkswagen Wolfsburg Edition...although that's typically late in a model cycle, I'm asking to offer this at launch and keep it always available) however this would be an industry first as the bundle is crowd sourced....and by the way WE ARE THE CROWD!

Baring in mind you can't give away the farm in a $3-4K package, I would love to hear what everyone's suggestions would be.

I would be all for something like this, just as long as its not called the "Scout Community Package".

Would prefer something along the lines of a 1st edition or Launch edition, or similar. Something more simple and understated even. Maybe just an obscure little badge like a bonfire, that would simply allude to something with an element of the outdoors, and would also allude to this big bonfire group we are part of (without even saying anything). Just trying to get a little creative here. If you saw another truck with a bonfire (or some obscure symbol) you would just know that was a first edition.

Yes I actually don’t even want trim levels noted all over the car. Like the Supra is a Supra and they didn’t put a 2.0 or 3.0 on the back. You just had to know the features to know which one is which. Maybe a different color compass that the first editions get and that color is never used again. I like the subtle idea.

Yes. I like the vehicle manufactures that allow you to check the badge delete box.

I love this but for the die hards who have been following from day 1-ish what happens if half don’t like it. Does that mean I take an early order to be included even if I don’t want everything? I’m almost in favor of SM harvesting all our posts and suggestions and offer two vehicles. A mid/upper level road warrior and a low-mid level loaded out for off roading. Then allow a few upgrades in each to make road warrior a bit more off roady or the off-roady gets a couple lux options to bring that a bit more upscale. This basically puts two models with very limited option parts which would be used in the other vehicle anyway so all options would already be on site from the other vehicle’s “base” build

I think it would be pretty cool to get a set of Scout branded camping chairs or something "Community" oriented if that is the name of the package.

Maybe a portable Firebox with Scout branding too like one of these.

How about a scout plaid blanket. You can always use a blanket for pets, wrapping things, camping, etc…. I like the camp chairs too but they need to be high quality so they last

I like the blanket idea as well. My girlfriend is constantly cold so I think she would be on board with that idea too.

And I’m telling you we need a stuffed Scout mascot. It’s weird but I like it. BMW sells the stuffed Pegasus horse, and Toyota has Sherman the Toyota Shark. A little stuffed shark wearing a Toyota shirt.

As someone who's young, I'm really hoping that when the Traveler and Terra hit the market, they'll stay close to their projected cost (Been saving since day one!). By 2027, I'd love to see my age group (20-25) be just as passionate about these vehicles as I am! I think it would be really cool to see the younger crowd grow a big following towards the Scouts. As some of you may know I am really trying to help build that following for my generation .

Kind of reminds me of the VW “Fast” you would get with GTIs when I was younger.
