Interior accent color

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

So the Bronco has accent colors on the interior depending on model
Blue, orange, white and maybe one more?
Do we want to see accent colors?
Should it be accents like Jeep does when it’s the exterior color?
Or should it just stay neutral to match interior and let owners buy mod pieces after to add colors?

I’m thinking neutral. Would rather have a nice wood or natural-ish material as accent. I think Land Rover does a nice job with natural-ish interiors.

Thoughts?

I like that the body color shows through on the 2 door of the Bronco.

I would like to see a neutral interior design, personally. I know plaid is a throwback but I just want to drive to work sometimes without feeling like a cosplay.

The Bronco interior looks like a child designed it. Poppy color air vent tabs and camo interior … sheesh. And I could never own a Rubicon simply because of the obnoxious red dash. At least with the Bronco, I was able to delete all the color pops fairly easily.

If we are goin full retro the dash would be body color metal and the safety police would not allow it.

Now if a properly padded and airbag filled dash could look like it was steel/aluminum and was same color of the vehicle......

Solved the red dash issue with my wife's Rubicon - just make sure you have a red body as well.

Reviving an old thread here instead of starting a new one. This was primarily about accent colors, but what about over all colors and design? We have seen the two colors on the concepts. The Clay tannish color in the Traveler and the Canyon bluish gray in the Terra. Both are amazing. But, what would everyone like to see in interior colors? I’m sure there will be a black. Maybe there will be a more traditional light gray or beige/tan. My formerly owned 1980 has Sierra Tan. It’s has some similar hues to the Clay in the concept. I’d just like to hear what anyone else is thinking.

Umm carbon black, pure white interior lol. Im surprised no none has said this yet.

Honestly I like the 2 concept interior colors, and I’m sure there will be more interior color options.

I really liked the green color the Rivian had when they first came out. My BMW has Amido interior which is a dark bluish gray. I really like it. It has some similarities to the Scout Canyon. I like fun interior colors almost as much as exterior colors!
Why do I feel like the names of the interior aren’t supposed to be out yet…

Were you at the reveal event? I feel like you might be losing your privileges of going to these, if you leaked the name lol.

Funny I was just thinking about interior colors and seeing if there was a thread.

I have been so focused on the exterior color and hoping for yellow, come on yellow, time to think about interior. All I know is I don’t want all black. Been living with that for 12 years. I like how in the Traveler the top third is a lighter color. I would not want lighter on the whole seat. You have to worry so much about getting it dirty.

Okay if they have yellow as an exterior option I’m wondering how that ocean blue color that Rivian has would look. If there’s no yellow exterior my second choice is a light blue I would think a dark grey with the lighter grey the top third. And then my sons Elantra N is Performance blue and the interior is black with Performance blue stitching. It would be cool to have a tie in from the exterior color to the interior. Either in stitching oe accent color or something small like that.

My Jeep Comanche is gold. The interior is in super good shape. It’s a tan color. But, I wanted to protect the seats so I put a saddle blanket style cover on it. It looks great! Long story short, I could see a modern take on saddle blanket looking really good with yellow exterior.

You could also go beach/coastal with yellow exterior by having a natural color interior that conveys sand and sea grass.
