From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. This would be my approach as well. Of course if you want EREV more for towing than anything else, then I would probably look at the Ram REV when it comes out as that seems to be less oriented to off road and much better for towing.

If someone wants something, let them want it. It is not our place to tell each other what to buy.
Exactly. If you want something else and it’s going to work for you, great. Who am I to say what will work for someone. I am just very enthusiast about getting my Scout because it’s what will work for me.
