Scout Concepts in New York City September 18-19, 2025

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.
In all seriousness-if I could be there by 6:30-7pm on Friday night is that doable @CP1@scoutmotors. And I would love to buy you a beer after-promise I won’t pump you for unofficial info but would love to hear your background and experience. And maybe share that with the forum. Like one of the SM team member focus stories but unofficial 😀

So offering to buy you a beer to hang out a bit later won’t get it done? Six pack? Crowd source funding from the forum to buy you dinner and do a forum member interview (for the people!!!!)
Not my call.... Well sometimes it is. But this is at the discretion of the NYC folks.

Unfortunately beer is not a bribing tactic for me. I am 29 months sober.

Sorry.

Well congrats on that. Big accomplishment. Either way if I can make it work would love to find a bit of time to chat. Perhaps I’ll DM you once I know things work on my end and try to verify that I can get there at a reasonable time to make a connection at the Perelman PAC

How about baked goods? Maybe someone could show up with some cookies to sweeten the deal and get some pictures for us forum members. @J Alynn does that sound? 😹
Like a plan - will these work?

I hopping along for the ride! lol you said beer right?
Think we are taking the train but if you go let me know. Would be fun to connect with other members. I promise not to stalk you like @cyure did with the nationals folks 🤣. We can determine a secrete code to know who each other is-or just DM each other on this forum and see if we overlap. If I take a full day off we’d probably be on site between 11am-noon.

NYC is a bit of a drive for me, but I will try to take the 1/2 day to see it when it comes to Austin, San Antonio, Houston - or hell maybe even the full day for Dallas. Plus I think there was hints of an Austin trip.
