Scout Concepts in Fort Worth, Texas October 2, 2025

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

I work in downtown Ft Worth. I put in for the drawing to win the pair of tickets to see them up close. The email says the drawing is this Tuesday. I’m hoping to at least get some pics if I don’t luck out with the tickets.

Good luck. It will change your opinion even more so when you see them in person. Anxious to hear what you think

Haha I’m not sure if I got the email because of my location being noted in the forum or what but it says it’s 50 pair of tickets. Small window of time to sign up and a very quick drawing date right after. I just got the email on Friday.

My hunch is those tickets get you inside the low glass “circle of trust” railing so you can get to see things very close. You’ll definitely be one of the first to see the green terra up close and personal

Well Regardless, lucky you!! I still talk about how I saw them at Nats! If you get up close everyone loves to see you standing next to the vehicle and let us know how tall you are for scale. I never post pictures of myself online but I did it for the people on this forum. And any measurements you can get. I used my iPhone measuring tool and got Traveler measurements but I neglected the Terra. I’m sure everyone would love Terra measurements.

Here’s an example of what I did. All the rest of the measurements I got are in my Nats thread.

I will be there. I also entered the drawing. The cargo area is something that I want to get a better look at. I have a Traveller reservation but I have had a truck for years and I do need to haul stuff often. Any picture requests? No promises but I'll try to help.

Welcome to the community! So happy you get to go. I saw the original colors at Nats. I’m really curious what the Terra Silo color looks like in different lighting. Sunny, overcast etc. Is it more green or more gold? Also a close of up of the Terra wheels would be great! I’m getting a Traveler as well.

Having seen them in person it’s an experience you won’t forget!

If you are able to get in the truck if you could please take pictures of the red signed knobs in that center portion of buttons. Apparently the knobs are bigger now. Also the ceiling console with the compass. Apparently that has been changed.

Oh heck just shoot everything you can!!

My pics from NYC showed both and Jamie mentioned they were also changed. Having seen both the knobs weren’t SO BIG that you noticed it unless you’ve been using them constantly. I’m sure the SM team notices but guessing most of us would barely know. Hence it wasn’t obvious in the NYV pacific blue model

Can you post the pictures again. I must have missed them. Thanks!

I am not sure what you mean by "red signed knobs in that center portion of buttons."
