In my Wrangler I can’t reach to rest my foot and have it the same angle as my foot on the gas. So I just have to keep my foot flat on the floorboard and have my knee bent.

A manual Supra with a dead pedal. It’s a thing in auto and manual.
My guess is you have one and do t realize it. Most are chromed or capped. Most are just a rubber pad on an area raised on the far

I liked the one in the Grenadier. I could reach it. That’s my problem. I like my seat back as far as possible. So if there is a dead pedal it’s hard for me to reach it in a lot of cars.
I still think it should be an accessory with adjustability options. That way it fits everyone’s personality and taste and comfort.
Well, you're right. There is rubber pad on the left side. Will have to try it out.
Watching Daniel Mac’s video. Make you say to yourself, “god damn scout has it right”. And did I hear real leather? @Jamie@ScoutMotors is there going to be legit options for all types of interior types and materials?
And by real leather? Does he mean like OG leather? Or the other types of leather? Which are more real than the pleather that’s used today.

The best fake leather I have seen and I'm not being bias. Is BMW Veganza, it's not like the typical leather, it's very smooth and matte on the outside, reminds me of areal full grain piece of leather.
So when you are online configuring your new GM product Naugahyde is one of the interior options? Or, do they have new fancy name for it to make it more appealing?
I missed spoke I think, they may still use it. They call it Vinyl Leather for Chevy. Cordaveen for Buick, and Morocceen for OldsMobile. But it seems they have started development on their own "leathers".
Eco-friendly vegan upholstery material. I read about it. They say is quite nice.
I did not realize that my Toyota with "leather" interior, is actually a blend of leather and vinyl. I found this out when replacing the leather seat covers in the front. The middle of the seats are leather, however the sides are faux leather. It can be difficult to tell. Often vehicles with so called leather interior are actually a mix.
My 2007 BMW was their fake leather and when we traded it in the Honda dealer had it marked as leather and I didn’t correct them. I’m sure the stuff now is even better.
Actually, the real leather broke down well before the fake leather on my seats. I like the new car smell with real leather but for the look and endurance, I would prefer all fake and not a mix.
I argued about this early on with Jamie and I’ve come around to liking faux leather. Way better now than even 5 years ago
