Scout Concepts At LA Auto Show, November 21-30, 2025

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

I went yesterday to the LA Auto Show. I have to say, other than seeing the vehicles in person, I left a bit disappointed. I should have expected to be as everyone knows these are just concept cars. As I approached the display, I heard one of the representatives tell a patron that they could not sit in the vehicle. It was the one thing I wanted to do when we got there. Because they are not production trucks, not everything in it works or is safe to touch. The reps were very nice and candid about the Scout. Sadly nearly half of my questions were answered with its still TBD. Again, in hindsight I should have known that. It was just a bit depressing. I felt walking away that other than seeing the actual car, I’ve learned as much, if not more here on the forums. Jamie, if you’re reading this, you were missed yesterday. The booth was nice and well thought out. I just feel like maybe with all that’s up-in-the-air, The LA Auto Show might have been a bit premature.
The Tera & Traveller are beautiful! If nothing changes on the interior, they’ll be worth every nickel. I did hear that the Cabana top option is in question. I’m starting to ramble, so I’ll leave it at this. It’s great to see the actual vehicles, but there is so much left in question. Definitely go see them when they come to your town. But I’d moderate your bar of expectations.

Here are some pics. Not as many as I wanted, but I failed at bringing the battery for my camera (my apologies). . . .View attachment 11753View attachment 11754View attachment 11755View attachment 11756View attachment 11757View attachment 11758View attachment 11759View attachment 11760View attachment 11761View attachment 11762View attachment 11763View attachment 11764View attachment 11765View attachment 11766View attachment 11767
