From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.
Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.
How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.
Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. I haven’t done legos in at least 3 years lol. I would think it would be the copper/orange reveal color. But any color would work im guessing.
As Batman said in The Lego Movie: "I only work in black. And sometimes, very, very dark grey."
Agree but to mock it up you have to use Lego colors that are available in a wide array of shapes and sizes so that limits the body color a bit. Maybe a white or green or yellow would certainly work

Yep see. I also got the yellow Defender. I love old Defendera and likely will never own a real one. Ha!
Should be a scout Lego kit that plugs in like a night light so it’s truly an electric vehicle
I got my son a Bronco Lego Technic for his birthday just recently. 943 pieces and he was stoke about it.

There’s companies that sell light kits for Legos. My son has the Atlas rocket Lego and they sell all kinds of kits for that one.
I don’t care how old you are legos are fun. Every year the last few years my hubs and and I get one to build over the Christmas holiday. Last few years it was the Lego typewriter, McLaren F1 car, the big one, the JAws boat scene. Last year it was the little Red Bull F1 car. They are just fun.
Same here. I've got the Jaws set in line next, but for this past Christmas, I did the TV Batmobile. That thing is huge at 19" long.
Oh cool. That Jaws one is fiddly. Lots of strings and things. It took us longer but it’s really cool!
Here’s the Lego typewriter on the left and a toy typewriter I found in a thrift store and Kermit! Ha!
