Not terrible but not to the same level as scout is showing which I’m guessing will be very similarly pricedThis is the interior color. With the orange you had the option of this or black. It’s not terrible.

Not badThen there’s only one option for the screen. I’m hoping Scout does this as well. That screen is beautiful and proportion well for the dash. I would hope the base trim would get the same size screen. I think smaller wouldn’t look right.
Next we have the sky one touch roof. It’s very similar to the cabana top. It’s $1995. I think that’s reasonable. I would hope the Scout isn’t anymore than that. No more than $2500 for that roof.

Glad to see these options are part of the $75K stickerThen they have 2 packages. The comfort package for $1995. I would pay that to get the ventilated front seats.
The tow package I don’t have an option on because I don’t know enough about it to know if this is reasonable or not.

I’d be curious how well it’s doneOff road suspension is included.
$500 for PPF is a good price but they don’t tell you any details. Brand, what’s actually covered with PPF. those details are important.

I think they need to be or just the name Jeep will steal people since SM is new brand to so manyThanks for doing all of this!
I'm thinking Scout pricing will be right in-line with this...
Farmer’s almanac is not looking good for winterSorry about the kitty and AC. If it’s any consolation this winter is possibly a mean one. You’ll wish you had the heat then.

Sales folks are a dime a dozen. The good ones are worth their weight in goldSo I have no desire to buy a Recon, but it’s an EV with a “cabana top” so I want to drive it. I just called the local dealer. It says they have one in transit.
First, receptionist asked me what department. Sales. Then she asked me what vehicle. Recon. Then she asked me what year.. I said it’s the brand new EV. There’s only one year. 2026.
So transfers me to a salesperson. We go through this same dialog again. She said it’s in transit and did I have any questions. She could read me the window sticker. No, no I don’t have any questions, it didn’t sound like she would have the answer even if I did.
This is exactly why I want to get my Scout DTC. I’m also hoping for a concierge team that can help us with our orders if we have a question or want to speak to someone while we are placing it.
Awesome!Woo hoo! Fan motor, but the compressor is fine and it’s not leaking. So $800 instead of $8000 for a new one. We have cold air!
I said a prayer over the Ac unit. Get us through this heat!
Absolutely not. I just wanted to see what they were charging for options and what they were.$75K for a Jeep? Not a chance
I get it but StellantisAbsolutely not. I just wanted to see what they were charging for options and what they were.
And how much of the car is protected. Is this just half a hood and door cups for $500? It needs to be way more specific for that option for our Scouts.I’d be curious how well it’s done

Sounds like an excellent idea to me! Where do I sign up??After all this time on the forums and your experience with your Wrangler, you'll know more than anyone Scout hires as a concierge. I know I had more info than the sales rep when I bought my Ioniq 5.
Maybe we should keep an eye open for "concierge team" job postings. If they offer part time work for call-in concierge support (so we could work remotely) we could sign up for some extra income and an employee discount!![]()

Wouldn’t that be cool! After all this time on the forums and your experience with your Wrangler, you'll know more than anyone Scout hires as a concierge. I know I had more info than the sales rep when I bought my Ioniq 5.

If I could write my own job description it would be WFH, and not sales per se, but available to customers who have questions prior to order placement. They don't have a "concierge team" yet, this is the closest I could find:

Oh my, that sounds like purgatory for me, hard pass. I've proudly "not played well with others" since kindergarten! They don't have a "concierge team" yet, this is the closest I could find:
