Welcome to the community. I’m not planning on getting the bench seat, but I am glad you asked this questions!
This is what I want in the center console, whether it’s a fold-down or fixed feature.
I don't care as much about the center console, but I definitely want the outboard positions on the bench seat to be heated and ventilated. I've mentioned it before, but I'm gonna start repeating myself so Scout's designers hear me, much like she-who-shall-not-be named's PBY. 
Oh, actually, on the console, having a comfortable armrest or some padding on the sides would be nice when it is folded down.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Probably not doing bench but your list is good. Pocket for sunglasses case would be great because to date-that is something that hasn’t been shown.
