Package of container tube cinnamon rolls. Slice each in half for thinner circles and line pan bottom and one row up the side. Use favorite recipe and back. Then toast pecans crumbles and stir into the icing pack that comes with the container and spin on the top. You can also take like a cup or so of batter and stir into as much cinnamon as you like and swirl t in prior to baking. Makes a killer cheesecake

On the sides I think I cut them in half like rainbow shape the alternated one up, one down around perimeter. Once out of spring form it looks great. The other thing I wish I would have done was coated bottom on pan sides with softened butter to really flavor up the perimeter cinnamon rolls

I used to make a chocolate chip cheesecake in an Oreo crust. Very yummy. Haven’t done that in a long time. Might have to try it again sometime. It was a lot easier when they sold the Oreo crusts though

Do they not make them? I don’t even look because the whole gluten free thing.

The crust is really easy. 22 Oreo cookies, whole, filling and all. Throw in the blender and blend. Pour that into a bowl and add 5 tablespoons melted butter. Press into springform pan and bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes. Pour the cheesecake filling on top and follow the directions for the cheesecake.

No-it’s burnt but that is the one cheesecake I like with a little bit of citrus to cut the burnt.
