Loaded Traveler with Harvester?

You seem to be spot on to what I’ve been thinking and to what the chatter on here has been. I suspect a well packaged launch vehicle will be pushed out, since they now are showing 2 variants perhaps there will be 2 choices. I would bet launch vehicle(s) will be in the $75k - $80K range?

I understand what you are saying, but I still think there’s risk there. If the first vehicle out of the gate doesn’t start with a 6 the community is going to be saying see it’s not possible. I mean make the cost $69,999. Just make that first number a 6.

Good morning I think the base price for the Harvester will tell if a full optioned Traveler is $85-$90,000 or $95,000+.
I like others really have never thought of spending that amount but it’s the only Auto I’m interested in. RR
Has an inflated price so I don’t use it to compare, I’m scared of a first year build but I’ll take this one. Time will tell.

And as it was noted they need to recoup money as quickly as they can so a premium vehicle is the only way to not saying it has to be $90K but the average simple build will likely push $70K for most buyers so as much as we can say faith and patience the first rounds at a minimum will be $75K then options will push to over $80. If you look at Bronco for example and build one you are likely $8-$10K in options and their starting models range over $10K with special editions being an additional $20K. That means a base model as a special editions being could potentially be $90K for a loaded off-road set up.
I’d like to think things like winch, steel bumpers, and off road “add components “ will be above and beyond since probably 70% of buyers don’t need and theoretically they can be added later so that is why I see it being $80-$80K.
I was on Bronco6g forum (lurker not active) and many said they wanted base and Ford still launched with a launch package with a premium ILO a base model. Obviously we are all taking stabs and we all want to be at $60K but what the keep showing is not base models so guess time will tell

I was trying to remember. But the first edition was their mid level off road set up (Badlands) mixed with the outerbanks (pavement princess) features and offered a limited color only on it-was a bright blue-I’m sure someone recalls. Badlands currently is approx $9K above base cost so guessing with the other features it was probably $15k-$20K more but just guessing

And that doesn’t include winches, or the large wheels and adjusted ratios. Badlands does include rock rails so some add ons were included

Hard to recall because every crappy dealer had mark ups. And to clarify, there were other colors available but the blue was just for the first edition. And the Frankenstein if effort of blending two models made it more unique

Nope, not forgetting that. We won’t have to deal with all that crazy dealer markup and we should not be forced to buy things we don’t want like Simonize or LoJack since we are purchasing to order.

True but based on manufacturer price only it’s probably lower but if you were to factor allele factor then yes. But in that case I would say a new Scout launch would be over $100K +. I was just noting the ‘honest’ MSRP cost. Dealers don’t make as much on a vehicle at MSRP as I think we all imagine them making. My cousin sells cars so I have a little insight but even he doesn’t fully understand the full mathematics of it all
