We are all going to be just guessing at this point. That’s for sure not base, I don’t even think that’s midterm. My guess $80 to $85 or more, but again I’m just spitballing. You are basically asking for a top trim with all the options it sounds like.

Now when I was in Chicago people asked about pride. Again it was started they started under $60, but could it be pushed to $100k if you added every option, sure. This may be an every option kinda build.

Loaded off-road version with EREV. I’m going to say $85-$90k presuming relatively loaded. Maybe a bit closer to 82-85 if doi ng solid metal roof

Just looking at comparable ICE they tend to push nearly that price is you may break $90K depending on the misc niceties you choose

I concur with everyone so far. For my build (which is fairly similar to this one, basically almost optioned out) I'm planning for $95K with the hope that it comes in closer to $85K.

I’m hoping for $75 to $80, but think it will be closer to $85. Off road appearance package is what I’m calling it, with either glass or cabana roof. Roof type is still TBD.

With the Recon optioning out above $75k and the Range Rover EV starting at $140k (First Edition at $179k), I am honestly getting more and more worried that the Scout will price out of my range. I just priced an R1S at $130k.

To the OP, I'd guess your build at $85-90k based on what Scout has been saying so far. I wouldn't hold my breath on that though. What they're promising just doesn't match what the competition is offering.

All I’m gonna say is faith and patience. That’s all I can do. I have asked at every event I’ve been to and they all have the same answer, starts under $60.

I'm with you. I'm still excited and it's still the only vehicle I'm truly interested in so I'm going to wait and hope. Our last vehicle purchase was in 2019. $50k would be more than my wife and I have ever paid. $60k seems like a luxury that we would never think of. The fact that I'm even contemplating $80k seems insane. I don't think I'm alone in wanting this vehicle while also knowing that it will take some serious mental gymnastics to make the numbers acceptable.

There are other threads discussing it, but I can't wait to see what a sub $60k Traveler look like. What options will a person be giving up. And how does that build translate to converting deposits to orders. I see the Facebook comments and I fear that I lot of deposits have been made under the assumption that the concept vehicles are representing a $60k build. Those people are going to be really upset at some point.

My bigger fear is that Scout is looking at reservation numbers (like the 80% Harvester take rate) and making timeline decisions, but that when the actual pricing comes out and conversions happen, they figure out they were incorrect in their assumptions. Eventually they need to give accurate numbers so that the reservations reflect more closely what will be the actual take rate.

Keep in mind RR is Luxury territory so there’s a premium right off the top. Also keep in mind, most mainstream “competitors” have a max spread on upgrades of $25-$35 with occasional special packages that push them higher but in that mindset, top end would be $85-$90K. In theory -options are options. All the add ons whether it be Bronco, 4Runner or Rivian sell rock rails for similar price, winches, etc.. so presuming Scout holds at $59,995 it’s a comparable build. Do I expect the launch to be a premium-absolutely. Do I expect a max’s out off-road build to be a premium-absolutely but I’d expect the same from similar ICE vehicles. The Lexus GX maxes out around $90-$95 last I built one and that’s a luxury segment vehicle. RR is just premium because for some reason wealthy people believe they can overlook all their electrical gremlins and look sophisticated driving it. But base being under $60K it’s not that far off ICE equivalents and Jamie has said the base will still be well packaged. And the average new vehicle price in the U.S. is just over $50K. I think FULLY loaded off road will land around $90-$95K.

Same, $58k is the most we have ever spent on a car and my $75 wish budget sounds crazy to me. I’m counting down the days to a configurator, now if we only knew the exact date.
